Remember your dreams

Each morning, tell Dreamling what you remember. A few words, or nothing at all. Every morning counts.

Dreamling does not promise lucid dreams. It helps you remember more, with a calm ritual.

Dreamling is not a medical app. If you live with a mental health condition, talk to a doctor before you practice lucid dreaming.

Your nights

When will you tell your dream?

Dreams slip away soon after you wake. Tie your entry to something you already do each morning, and it soon happens on its own.

Reality check

In dreams, hands often look strange: extra fingers, blurry shapes. Check your hand a few times a day, and the habit can follow you into a dream. Then you'll know you're dreaming.

Try it when you walk through a door, or pick up your phone.

Look at your hand. Count your fingers. Ask yourself: am I dreaming?

MILD

MILD means Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreams. Before you sleep, you set one clear intention: to notice your next dream. Said as you drift off, it often stays with you into the night.

Final: the kit reacts while you hold, then curls up as the screen goes dark.

Next time I'm dreaming, I will remember that I'm dreaming.

Picture a recent dream, and see yourself noticing that it's a dream.

Final: the kit stirs (or perks up its ears in the day), and one ink drop spreads and fades.

A morning reminder helps a lot while the habit forms.

Any dream works, even one from long ago. Tell the Dreamling one?
